I was out of internet for 7 days they finally came in and put a temporary line and it's been 5 weeks and they have yet put a permanent line. Every time I call they tell me it takes time and they have no way of communicating with the company that does the permanent line. The customer service for this company is non-existing.

The absolute WORST service EVER! Loose connection multiple times DAILY! Sometimes the dropped connection lasts seconds other times hours. Forget calling customer service, you hold for 30 minutes plus with no results. I can not express my frustration enough. I work from home and have dropped Teams meeting calls countless times and lost documentation after working on something for hours because of the lost connection. Prior to Breezline, WOW was the provider. Had a few connection issues few and far between. Prior to WOW, Spectrum was my provider who was also terrible. Fed up to say the least with Breezline who is so far the worst provider I have ever had. They do not even deserve a one star, they need negative 1000+ stars. Canceling as soon as AT&T gets here in 2 days for an install. Fingers crossed AT&T is good. Anyone has to be better than Breezline! Prices may be tempting however, if your thinking of Breezline as a new provider, DO NOT DO IT! You will ultimately cancel.

Breezline should be investigated by the Ohio Attorneys General. It’s not just that their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, I think they’re actually behaving like a criminal organization. Some background: I was originally a WOW customer. After WOW sold to Breezline, my account was automatically moved. I instantly went from paying $50/month to $80/month. It's worth noting that the most expensive plan on their website is $50/month for 1 GB speeds. After the merger, I was now paying $30/m more than their most expensive plan and have never clocked speeds more than 15 mbps down (you read that right). I’m in the city by the way. Their lowest plan should do better than that. For 3 months, I tried to contact Breezline and get this fixed but they are the only company I've experienced that actively refuses to help. They’re combative, dodgy and rude. I've been hung up on 3 times...for politely asking to fix the problem. I’ve never once raised my voice to them. They simply put you on hold for 10-15 minutes and then hang up. Their online chat disconnects as soon as you don't respond for more than 10 seconds. When you call, their automated program tells you to "press 1 for us to call you back" like most companies...the difference, they don't actually call you back. I gave up today after a 3 month fight to simply get things fixed. I fully expect a class action lawsuit and hopefully a criminal investigation of this company. Avoid at all costs. It’s too bad, I enjoyed WOW.

Horrible customer service! I'm waiting for a technician that is 1.75 hrs late. I called to find out when he will arrive, and the wait time to get my call answered was estimated at 47 minutes. I chose the automatic call back option and once the customer service rep called back, my call was disconnected and he did not call back! I never got an answer about whether the technician is coming or not. I had to make a 2-hr drive across the state to make it here for this technician and told the scheduler this in advance, the dispatcher before I left in the car, and the customer service rep just now, and they don't care at all. Terrible customer service!!! Stay away from this company if you can!

This company is bad! Really bad! I have spoken to 8 people this morning and two different chats. I've been on hold for more than 30 minutes, I've been hung up on, I've had chats ended by Breezeline and no one has called me back. All of this and my internet has been out for over 12 hours with no scheduled outages in my area. THe worst part is I was a WOW customer for 3 years with not one problem. My account gets trasnfferes to this trash company for 2 months and I've lost internet twice already!
