Not consistant. Terrible for work at home or home schooled children. If service is down, Customers MUST wait a week to get service restored.

Been almost a month of crap upload speeds. I work from home and have barley been able to work. I had a tech... he sent a line tech that SUPPOSEDLY came then waited another whole week for a tech that said the same thing .. I need a line tech... well they were supposed to come today... didn't. Im so close to being fired it's ridiculous. Customer service is a joke and they continue to blame the 3rd party tech service for me having to constantly wait..... then get ur own tech service?

In less than three months I’ve had 3 home internet outages. Customer support can only reboot and reset your system which usually doesn’t fix the problem and to send tech support to your house takes 2 (two) weeks. Worst company to have internet at home.

Avoid at all costs. Not remotely worth the costs

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced since the now defunct Sprint cellular! This company took over WOW, which was a good company. Since Breezeline took over my internet has been so BAD. The QOS of the signal is terrible. The connection is full of corrupt bit and packet re-transmits. All this means the actual bandwidth is cut by 75% even though I pay for a 1 Gb conn4ction, in real life I can barely get 300 mb. My streaming video is constantly buffering now. And the connection frequently get shutoff during the daytime business hours. causing me to have to clock off work and lose money. All the while Breezeline still charges me for the non-existent connection. I rarely ever had any problems with WOW. Now I have nothing but problems with them. The only other company in town is Spectrum which isn't much different since they took over Time Warner. As soon as I can find any company to handle my needs I am dropping Breezeline faster than a hot potato!!!!!! This company doesn't really care about its customers!!!!!!! When you call they just give you platitudes and don't act like they really care and they don't do anything to really fix the issue with connection quality. Spectrum might be an acceptable but temporary option. Spectrum doe have better prices !!!!!!

Without doubt this is possibly the worst customer service on the planet. Phone or online chat they are painfully incompetent and you would get a better resolution from falling down a flight of stairs. Duck you Breezeline, Duck you to the moon and back. Whoever is in charge should be ducking embarrassed

Customer service does not exist. Billing issues repeatedly. AWFUL internet service (lots of "resets") and TV options are very limited. This company holds this region of VA hostage as there are no competitors.

Terrible customer service! When Breezeline switched over the lines after aquiring WOW!, we lost internet, as did many of homes in our community. I spent around 4 hours calling customer support to get the problem fixed and got a different wrong answer every time I called. One of the reps got offended when I said we should get a month’s credit for all the time we were without internet service and the hassle involved. When I responded to her outrage by asking how much of a credit she thought was fair, this rep went on and on about how unreasonable I was. Very unprofessional. Breezeline finally scheduled a technician to come out, but the appointment was a week and a half after the problem started. By that time, we had switched to Spectrum. When I called to have my credit card deleted from their system and to cancel service, Mark told me my final bill, $6.06, would come in the mail. When the final bill arrived it was — no surprise — for a different amount, $11.86. This is a clown car of a company!
