10/12/2023: I've had the same doctor for over 10 years. In the last 2-3 years Cano bought the practice and as of 5 months ago they sent a text message that they will no longer allow my doctor to see non-Medicare patients at the office. Why?? I have called their call center multiple times and no one is able to help me. I've asked for someone in administration that can explain this decision to me to call me back and am still waiting since July. Clearly Cano decided it was easier to just ignore Private Insurance customers and only see customers they can charge the govt back for since no one will pushback. Cano Health sucks and I am in the process of trying to find a new doctor and practice.

07/05/2023: I made an appointment a month ago, 5 days before the date I confirmed it answering a Cano request; and the day before the appointment, a person from Cano called me to eliminate my appointment because they don’t attend patients over 60 years old in the clinic chosen for my appointment.

02/03/2023: Deserves 0 rating or below !! Worse medical establishment !!!! Don’t choose Cano Health!!!! Huge disconnect between call center and office staff. Call center can not help with any follow up needs and office staff will NEVER call back after call center sends countless messages to the Dr’s office. We drove to the office ourselves to check on our incorrectly written prescription and the prescription fax was sitting on someone’s desk for over a month!!! No one cared that it was insulin for a diabetic patient.

01/23/2023: Total incompetent. Do not even bother to answer the phone. You complain and complaint and nothing changes. Do not care about elderly. Quite the contrary They ignore them. A BIG SHAME..

11/07/2022: Trying to get anything accomplished through their customer service is almost impossible. I was a patient with them for over 3 yrs. Many times I had to show up in person to address different situations. Referrals were always a nightmare. One appointment specifically was with Dr. Sanchez. She left halfway into the visit to go to the next room. She came back and told me she had other patients to see. As I am checking out I asked for the medication needed, which was the reason for the visit. They asked the doctor and she said she could not prescribe the medication because she forgot to check me. That I should just go to the ER. That was the last time I ever went back. Completed a form to have my medical records to transfer my care and it's been over 3 months. Multiple calls to customer service. They could never find a manager to help. It's sad when you can't trust your medical team.

06/15/2022: I was truly impressed with the care I received. Willow & Cookie at the Deerfield Beach facility were absolutely wonderful.
