I've had the same doctor for over 10 years. In the last 2-3 years Cano bought the practice and as of 5 months ago they sent a text message that they will no longer allow my doctor to see non-Medicare patients at the office. Why?? I have called their call center multiple times and no one is able to help me. I've asked for someone in administration that can explain this decision to me to call me back and am still waiting since July. Clearly Cano decided it was easier to just ignore Private Insurance customers and only see customers they can charge the govt back for since no one will pushback. Cano Health sucks and I am in the process of trying to find a new doctor and practice.
