Trying to get anything accomplished through their customer service is almost impossible. I was a patient with them for over 3 yrs. Many times I had to show up in person to address different situations. Referrals were always a nightmare. One appointment specifically was with Dr. Sanchez. She left halfway into the visit to go to the next room. She came back and told me she had other patients to see. As I am checking out I asked for the medication needed, which was the reason for the visit. They asked the doctor and she said she could not prescribe the medication because she forgot to check me. That I should just go to the ER. That was the last time I ever went back. Completed a form to have my medical records to transfer my care and it's been over 3 months. Multiple calls to customer service. They could never find a manager to help. It's sad when you can't trust your medical team.
