Rich and the Fence Outlet team have a refreshing attitude toward earning their customers' business through being attentive, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. In short, they exemplify professionalism. We aren't ready to purchase yet, but that didn't change anything in terms of treating us in a manner that will ensure our return to this, specific company location. Frankly, I see no reason to solicit any competing bids. We will, for the sake of due diligence, but we already feel loyal to Rich and his team... which is pretty amazing, now that I think more about it. I literally feel like I trust Rich. If he tells you he'll do something, you can count on it getting done. already and I've only recently met him. I highly recommend that others reach out to Rich, directly ! You'll be happy you did!
