In short, they exemplify professionalism. We aren't ready to purchase yet, but that didn't change anything in terms of treating us in a manner that will ensure our return to this, specific company location. Frankly, I see no reason to solicit any competing bids. We will, for the sake of due diligence, but we already feel loyal to Rich and his team... which is pretty amazing, now that I think more about it. I literally feel like I trust Rich.
