My husband I have been going there since it first opened up in Newton. We go 3x a week in the morning. There has been a lot of changes with staff members. They are all friendly. But the cleanness isn't that great. There can be days where the same dust bunnies or wipes are still in the same place when we first see them. Bathroom also needs more looking after. Also why don't the company put a shelf or table in the bathrooms on the main floor so people can put their stuff on them inside of the dirty floor. It takes along time for equipment to be fixed and cleaned also. It would be nice to see smaller lockers just for wallets and keys for the days you don't have jackets to put in them. We find that the morning music between 7 and 9 too loud sometimes and more of the oldie music since should be played there are a lot of seniors that goes at that time. Keep the newer music for the afternoons and evenings. The exercising classes are terrific. Since we've been going there my husband has lot 30 lbs. and we have made good friends to exercise with.
