Not doubt Mr. TREVOR done a lot of hard work to set this empire. While, with the rude behavior of some staff with customer's are leading it to downward. Due to the fact that they are least bothered about the customer satisfaction. Same thing happened with me by Miss Brittany. So, I am totally disappointed and as per her the gym not require a new registrations because she recommended me to quit the gym and she had not interested to booked a new registration for my colleague, who was with me on that day.

I like coming to this gym and the only negative thing is the cleanliness of the ladies gym upstairs. Very poorly wiped equipment and floor. Dusty behind and under the weights.

My husband I have been going there since it first opened up in Newton. We go 3x a week in the morning. There has been a lot of changes with staff members. They are all friendly. But the cleanness isn't that great. There can be days where the same dust bunnies or wipes are still in the same place when we first see them. Bathroom also needs more looking after. Also why don't the company put a shelf or table in the bathrooms on the main floor so people can put their stuff on them inside of the dirty floor. It takes along time for equipment to be fixed and cleaned also. It would be nice to see smaller lockers just for wallets and keys for the days you don't have jackets to put in them. We find that the morning music between 7 and 9 too loud sometimes and more of the oldie music since should be played there are a lot of seniors that goes at that time. Keep the newer music for the afternoons and evenings. The exercising classes are terrific. Since we've been going there my husband has lot 30 lbs. and we have made good friends to exercise with.

This is a great facility at a truly affordable price. The staff is friendly and always available to answer questions and/or demonstrate how equipment should be used in a safe and effective way. Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Club 16.
