They shipped me the wrong frame, after waiting almost 2-months. So, I got a replacement frame for my son from the campus bookstore right before his grad party. I have been trying for weeks to get a return label and now I am told since it was my fault for not reaching out to them first, for a replacement, I have to pay a 25% restocking fee on a $300 wrong frame.
