And comes with a free termite inspection. Once Chandler Brown came to my home to do inspection, he told me I was infested. Showed me old rotted wood from the driveway frame and pointed to the tree and said i was surrounded and it was a shame that my current pest control service which includes termite warranty didn't catch it and had been doing a poor job. He worked with the fear tactics and told me I needed to treat my home right away. and he would do everything possible to help me since it was an infestation. within an hour they had someone out installing bait and monitoring stations He never "treated the infestation". I then called current pest control to request cancellation and any angry why didn't you catch this phone call. Next day termite inspector comes out to inspect what they missed. a completely different one from my regular service along with a manager. NO active termites were found. the photo of the piece of wood Chandler has in my file is old previous damage from a driveway cement frame. nothing to do with the home. The tree Chandler mentions having the activity also negative. I was lied to and tricked into the service. I not only want to cancel this termite treatment come get these things out of the ground NOW. I want to cancel the regular pest control service I just signed up with. I was lied to and I have no trust for your company. You are not honest and i will fight for the cancellation and all my money back. What's worse he was training someone, a new shady Moxie technician -beware.
