As an out of shape 50yr old and a newcomer to boxing, i was intimidated to try it out. I shouldn’t have been, all the trainers are great guys/gals and really encourage you to do your best, whatever level that is. It’s fun to learn something new and get really fit at the same time. I’d have given all 5*, but it’s not a gym you’d go to for amenities, no BS, but a very functional space. Caroline at the front desk more than makes up for that. Feels like being on a team.
