Dean and Caroline have done an outstanding job providing us with a safe and clean environment for us to get back into our gym routine. I am so thankful to be back at the gym and enjoying the classes and training available.

I like training at UFC Gym because they have all the weights I need for my workouts and heavy bags for practicing my kickboxing. Also, it’s really important to me how they keep the gym safe and hygienic. Everyone is wearing masks, they do temperature checks at entry, and everyone disinfects all the equipment before and after using it. It is not too crowded at all, the vibe is great. The classes are awesome and all of the coaches are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend you check them out.

Great place to get an awesome work out. Don’t be intimidated if you’ve never boxed or are out of shape. Highly supportive of going at your own speed. As long as you’re giving full effort!!

The Zoom classes have been a life saver!! I greatly appreciate the trainers hosting so many fabulous classes. It has greatly helped me through a difficult time. I am so appreciative of UFC Mamaroneck arranging the Zoom classes and supporting the “ stay at home” orders, and our community!!

I love UFC Mamaroneck! It is perfect in all aspects. Clean facility with friendly staff, and a variety of classes and workout equipment. Plenty of parking at your convenience.
