We placed an order with University Frames on February 1st 2020. We received an email order confirmation and purchase order number and paid in full for the purchase of our daughter's MD frame by credit card. We have not heard from them since. We have no tracking information on the order and are unable to check on the delivery status. We have tried numerous times to contact them by email and phone, leaving our order and contact information and no one has responded to our phone calls or emails. We spent over $160 and have nothing to show for it. They do not even have the decency to contact us with an explanation. We will be filing a complaint against the company and hope to enter a fraud complaint with our credit card company and credit bureaus also. Hopefully this review can help prevent someone else from getting ripped off.
