I needed some items (hinges & touch-up paint) to repair my 8 year old Omega Cabinets. Prosource was the only company I could find who said they may be able to help when I visited the showroom unannounced. They went way beyond providing me help. Once they understood my problem, they proactively contacted Omega customer service to discuss my needs. They were able to get the hinges from the manufacturer free of charge and also advised that the touch-up kit may not work due to a change on color formula over the years. This saved me $100. They also recommended an alternative to address the touch-up need. Mari and Corrin went way beyond in solving my problem and making my experience 'effortless'. Couldn't ask for better service.
