After a delayed ordered time I received the Biffy. Installed, but didn't like the plastic T connection, so I used the metal connection I already had . Plugged it in and it would not work. Tried a transformer from my sprinkler system (same voltage, amp) and it burned up. Got my volt meter and tested and found the Biffy had a direct short. Called and after some discussion, they sent a complete new Biffy. Recived and installed and works great. Been around six monhs and really enjoying it.
