After 5 or 6 years of using the Biffy I have found the units tend to leak after 18 to 22 months of daily use. I keep buying them because they are worth it. It is a low cost way to upgrade your commode and my wife LOVES it. I thought it was a bit goofy but I wanted to get her a bidet and now I am a believer in this product. Do yourself a favor and get this for the whole family. I did one bathroom and now I have them in all three.

My mom is 92 and suffers from chronic unitary infections. The Biffy has helped prevent the frequency and keeps her clean. Anyone wearing pads everyday will benefit from the cleansing water for hygiene, health and comfort. The heating element is great and I highly recommend adding this to your purchase. The people at American Biffy Company are friendly and efficient. From my several experiences, they really care about their business and their customers! My only suggestion is a wooden toilet seat is a must.

The Biffy is my 'go to' gift for weddings, birthdays, housewarming....everyone who comes to our home ends up wanting (needing) a Biffy. Quick delivery, high quality product...but most importantly - a beneficial product.

Actually, my order took an extended period to ship - apparently one part was backordered. Once I called and determined what the problem was, my frustration abated. After receiving, we experienced leaks, but my husband was able to resolve the issue after speaking to someone at Biffy. So, in the final analysis, they have a great product. No complaints.

Love the bidet. Have them on all toilets. Use the Biffy Squirt when we travel. Just wish it had a little more squirt pressure.
