We had a 2:15 appointment. Apparently so did many others. We had purchased an outdoor bench along with two other items inside. Even though we were second in line for the 2:15 appointment it was already after 2.30 when someone who had a 2:00 appointment showed up late and the lady let him go before us, essentially rewarding him for being late instead of making him wait in line. Thankfully it wasn’t too cold or raining. We all had to wait in the driveway for a personal assistant to retrieve our items. I respect that decision, but for those of us that had outdoor furniture the lady would not allow any of us to load it while we waited…inconvenient. I would suggest only setting appointments every 15 minutes as they have assistance to help. 5 appointments to 5 assistants. That’s just not fair that we had to wait so long when we were early to our own appointment time. The lady assisting us was very helpful and nice. The items purchased were of good quality, however more needs to be mentioned when there is obvious dents or damage as was with the tea kettle I purchased. It was not noticeable in photos. I purchased 3 items and spent just shy of $500.
