There needs to be a way to save my sign in information on the website. Currently it times out requiring to sign in again.

Expensive packaging and handling as well as shipping ($12 for a medium sized box and $15 to transport one item back to the main office to ship). Items I have purchased have been as described. Unless you live close enough to pick up I wouldn’t recommend unless you get a really great deal.

Hello Charles. Thanks for your 4.5-star review and valuable feedback. As we always want to be transparent with our processes, I hope the following information might be helpful to address some of your concerns. We do our best to maintain fair shipping costs, but as everyone knows, most shipping carriers are more expensive lately and as a business who needs to support our employees and our future, we can't just afford to eat the extra costs internally. We have many repeat customers from across the country who regularly buy from our auctions and have us ship their items with repeated satisfaction. In regards to the $15 bring back fee to get certain items back to our main office, this is only for onsite auctions at a home or place of business (not our primary location). For these auctions, we can not always offer shipping because of time and logistical limitations, but as a courtesy, if the item is not too large and a buyer requests it, we will transport the item back to our facility so they can pick the item up later and or have it shipped to them. These services are not a source of profit for our company, but are simply a way to help bidders and buyers get items they are interested in. Again, we hope this brings some clarity to your concerns and can help others like yourself that are getting great deals from our auctions.
