I reached out Chief Freddie in the final hour before my assessment. He warned me that we didn’t have much time to prepare and we immediately got to work. He’s very knowledgeable which gave me the confidence I needed to excel. Fast forward 6 months later, I was promoted on the first list of my Lieutenants exam.
