I have had the pleasure of taking the assessment prep course with Chief Fernandez twice. I have to admit the first time I wasn’t sure this course was going to work. After all how could a fire chief prep me for a police assessment center? I WAS WRONG! It was 100% the course for me. I scored number one on the first assessment center. I made sure to reach out to Freddie when the next promotion came, and no surprise, scored #1 again. Freddie is Aces! I gave some of my coworkers the link to his material and no surprise they all placed top 3! This course is what you need without question.

The material provided by Chief Freddie is amazing and helped to give me a different perspective towards my promotional exam. I enjoyed his guidance and his course.

PACP assisted me with the assessment portion of my Sergeant’s examination. I did not feel confident about taking the assessment as I failed my last assessment. I watched Chief Fernandez’s and Chief Johns’ videos several times. Coupled with the one-on-one coaching with retired Commander Russo’s feedback, I was able to score #1 on my assessment. I truly appreciate their assistance and highly recommend their assessment course for promotion.

Impressed by the level of commitment each instructor has for the business. I had a phone call, email or text message with instructions from the moment i inquired about the product to the day of my assessment. Someone was always available to assist with any questions I had. Would highly recommend to anyone going through a promotional opportunity.

I spent a lot of time researching potential avenues to study for my assessment center. After reading the reviews here, I reached out and Chief Freddie sent me a text within minutes. We set up a time and had a discussion. This course is extremely beneficial and I believe the reason why I was so successful in my first ever assessment center. I out performed all of my peers! One on one coaching with Chief Freddie was very informative and eye opening, yet done in a way to not feel criticized. I don't think I'd be getting promoted had it not been for this course!
