You never think of the word “great” when it comes to a debt collector… that being said, I had a great experience with this agency! When this medical bill was brought to my attention, I felt pure panic, but they were great to assure me that they could help. We were able to set up a payment plan that was quick and easy and accomplish the payoff quickly. I have never been walked through a process so thoroughly without feeling talked down to.
