I had a rough few months earlier this year and fell behind on credit card payments and a car payment. The credit card companies were difficult to deal with, but when Benjamin Chaise Recovery Services got a hold of me, they put me on a simple and easy-to-follow payment plan that got me back to neutral in 4 months. They also helped boost my credit. I dislike creditors, but BCRS helped me out. Thank you.

I had a great experience; they’re super nice; I had a bill from an ambulance ride hit collections, and I called just to inquire, and the rep from Benjamin Chaise Recovery Services gave me all the important information a couple of weeks ago. I just paid it off today, and they were quick, understanding, and got me taken care of! I even got a courtesy deletion! Great to have someone help me get this taken care of!!

Benjamin Chaise Recovery Services will work with you as long as you adhere to agreements. These are collectors, not your buddy. Hopefully, you don't have to work with them, but if you do, they communicate well.

Surprisingly helpful. I called because I believed they hadn't reported my payment to a local bank, fully ready to be furious, but the woman who answered was calm and collected and could help me determine the issue. I can't give it five stars because nobody likes having debt collected, but definitely a professional and helpful outfit.

Very professional, prompt, and courteous service. My very few interactions with this company have gone out of their way to help me and give me options to get my debt paid in full. They have a very difficult job, making it much easier for you.

Benjamin Chaise Recovery Services helped me so much today making sure I got this huge medical bill off my credit today. It was over 4k, and I couldn’t afford that right now, and we decided to settle for $1600 and split it into two payments which were so helpful for me. It was such a quick, easy process. Thank you!!

They called multiple times, and sometimes they were rude. And then I called about a debt I didn't even know I had. One receptionist was incredibly polite, as was the customer service rep who handled the call. Pretty pleasant experience considering they are a collection agency.

I run a small trucking company. I agreed to move to an entertainment company. After the job was done, they refused to pay me even though this cost me time and money for fuel. I went back and forth with the client and got nowhere. Finally, I contacted Benjamin Chaise Recovery Services, and they worked tirelessly until I finally received the money owed to me from the client.
