Approximately a week ago I had a backed up sewer line with a clean out in the front yard. So I called around and received multiple quotes from many companies, Needless to say i chose express plumbers. Someone came out immediately that night to diagnose the situation quoting me $189 (emergency/ same day price) and tomorrow $65 (during regular business hours). I reschedule an appointment for the next day and the guy comes as scheduled with a courtesy call saying he is on his way. He snakes the drain and is on his way, done... 3 days later, however, I notice an overflow/ backup in my shower so i call them back and the receptionist was very professional and said she would talk to her supervisor and send someone out at no extra charge to me. Alex (original plumber) and Johnny (Supervisor) come back out to scope the pipes and found multiple areas where roots had infiltrated the drain. Johnny and company not only re-snakes the drain completely but does a complete investigation as to why the drain is backing up into the shower. He finds that there are two separate breaks under the house. First under the shower and the second under the junction between the sink and the toilet (Gross). I can't say enough about my experience dealing with Johnny he is very professional and also transparent regarding his plumbing quotes. He asked me if I would like to get a few quotes together to fix the problem and then call him back on his personal cell phone so he could beat or meet the competitions quotes. I felt his approach to dealing with customers was very thorough and gave me and my wife piece of mind when facing such a stressful situation. I believe that Express Plumbing is in great hands with this prospect. ...I will update this when i go through with the solution
