They make an appointment, but never show up. I called and they said he would call right back , but never did. I lost money by not working that day and waiting for nothing. Lame company, go somewhere that's reputable, read the Yelp reviews!

I am happy, happy, happy because Victor came and unclogged my kitchen drain. Nice guy. Took 20-30 minutes and he cleanup up after himself. Gave me a discount and didn't take advantage because it was a Sunday. Yay

Had a tech at my front door within the hour. Very impressed with how knowledgable the tech (George) was. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it efficiently. I got clogged sewer drain today and found Express Plumbing Rooter Service online. I call them for $49 dollar drain cleaning special. Technichian Sam came on time and fix my sewer drain very quick he was professional and neat. Great job !!!!!!!!

Approximately a week ago I had a backed up sewer line with a clean out in the front yard. So I called around and received multiple quotes from many companies, Needless to say i chose express plumbers. Someone came out immediately that night to diagnose the situation quoting me $189 (emergency/ same day price) and tomorrow $65 (during regular business hours). I reschedule an appointment for the next day and the guy comes as scheduled with a courtesy call saying he is on his way. He snakes the drain and is on his way, done... 3 days later, however, I notice an overflow/ backup in my shower so i call them back and the receptionist was very professional and said she would talk to her supervisor and send someone out at no extra charge to me. Alex (original plumber) and Johnny (Supervisor) come back out to scope the pipes and found multiple areas where roots had infiltrated the drain. Johnny and company not only re-snakes the drain completely but does a complete investigation as to why the drain is backing up into the shower. He finds that there are two separate breaks under the house. First under the shower and the second under the junction between the sink and the toilet (Gross). I can't say enough about my experience dealing with Johnny he is very professional and also transparent regarding his plumbing quotes. He asked me if I would like to get a few quotes together to fix the problem and then call him back on his personal cell phone so he could beat or meet the competitions quotes. I felt his approach to dealing with customers was very thorough and gave me and my wife piece of mind when facing such a stressful situation. I believe that Express Plumbing is in great hands with this prospect. ...I will update this when i go through with the solution

This company is brilliant they helped me out several times and always fix other company's screw ups, in the passed they helped me out with my toilets they are my to go company and will always use them because of there knowledge and tidiness during the job, My sink was backed up and clogged not so long ago due to hair clogging it! They fixed it with short matter of time and per usual always leave me impressed. Always recommended
