It is pretty well known that Empire offers the best training around - whether it is in Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Ju Jitsu or kickboxing. There is one other thing to consider before you commit to training anywhere - and that is the quality and cleanliness of the equipment. They have the best stuff at Empire AND unlike any other gym, facility or dojo, each and every piece of equipment: kicking pads, hand pads, whatever, are wiped down with disinfectant after each class. No one does that but Empire. The mats and floors are clean and the restrooms and changing rooms are clean as any hospital. This doesn’t mean that there are no Blood, Sweat and maybe Tears here, there are, but Empire offers the highest level of training as well as a safe, clean, healthy environment. I have been training here for a while, and to me this is what a twenty-first century martial arts facility should be.
