The team at Magnolia did what other lenders couldn't - in fact they were the 3rd one I offered my business to and the only one that got it done. I had a very unique situation - older double wide manufactured home (on private property), FHA and my mailing address has to be different from the property address - which created some extra curveballs. My credit was 'fair' due to financing a lot of my renovations - but now that I'm refinanced I can pay them off and do some more. I'm very grateful to Richie, Saif and Kelly for all their efforts - underwriting was a little slow, but Saif & Kelly kept me up to speed and really managed the transaction well, in spite of the delays and obstacles.
