If you’re like me you are overwhelmed by the options available online for assessment center preparation and you’re reading this in an attempt to figure out if police assessment center prep is worth the investment and more importantly if it is right for you. Chief Freddie contacted me almost immediately after I had visited the website. Not an automated response but the man himself. We talked on a Sunday afternoon where Chief answered all my questions and discussed his program. I looked at a lot of services for assessment preparation and what made his stand out beyond the immediate personal contact was his statement “We don’t prepare you to pass a test, we prepare you for the job your applying for and that will make you ready for the test” (I’m paraphrasing while using quotation marks!). I watched all the videos after signing up for the program and was impressed on how detailed they were and how accurate his statement of job preparation over test preparation was while also feeling I was being well positioned for my assessment center. Then I got to my one on one coaching sessions and that’s where this program shines. Chief Freddie was easy to talk to and shared a wealth of information in a manner that makes it easy to retain. After completing these sessions it was easy to see where and how I could utilize his lessons in my job everyday. I feel well prepared moving forward into my assessment center and thankful for the opportunity to learn from the Chief. If you’ve read this far I can’t recommend this program enough, especially the one on one coaching.
