This has been the worst experience ever. They refuse to give me a refund when there is nothing in the store I want. All they want you to do is settle for whatever give you a loaner until your order comes in. Not acceptable and very unprofessional. The staff can't handle any big issues at all. They want to throw store credit in your face. I'm never shopping/purchasing anything from them again.
