Joe and Ruth Burks, grandparents of storeowner Charles Bailey, founded Bailey’s Furniture over 50 years ago. The company initially began as an antique store in the Dallas area. Over the years, Bailey’s Furniture has extended its product line to include contemporary and traditional lines of furniture in addition to accessories for all areas of the home and office. To cater to the increasing desires of customers’ needs, Bailey’s Furniture has incorporated design services into its offerings. This allows us to become more involved with our customers in the total furniture buying process from start to finish and beyond while allowing for a more easier and pleasant buying experience for our customers. As we move forward, the future of Bailey’s Furniture looks very bright because it’s built upon providing our customers with high-quality products and services while providing them an unmatched experience in furniture purchases not found anywhere else. This has been the worst experience ever. They refuse to give me a refund when there is nothing in the store I want. All they want you to do is settle for whatever give you a loaner until your order comes in. Not acceptable and very unprofessional. The staff can't handle any big issues at all. They want to throw store credit in your face. I'm never shopping/purchasing anything from them again.
