They refused to verify my insurance. They said they were too busy and that verifying insurance by making a simple phone call was not part of their job. They would not help direct me to someone who could verify my insurance. All they needed to do was call the number on the insurance card provided. They are in network (I verified) and my provider requested that they call to verify. Unbelievable. Very disappointing customer service from 2 receptionists ( Samuel and Shawn). When I asked to speak to their supervisor (Jessica Lynch) they told me that she was not available because she was out with Covid. I hope you get better Jessica and I hope you all start providing better customer service. Communication with insurance companies is medical basics. ….. I digress. Go elsewhere.
