This company is horrible to deal with! Could not deliver on a gift certificate I received last Christmas until two weeks ago due to staffing. Would not refund the gift card even when they couldn't provide the service. Ridiculous policies. Most things considered normal cleaning are not even included in their "deep cleaning". They couldn't even be reasonable enough to swap out dusting one blind per room (this is an additional fee) when I pointed out that the two extra bedrooms have no furniture to dust. The girls that actually did the cleaning were ok but as a company I would steer clear. They are also over inflated on their pricing. At least one of their "positive reviews" on some sites is their own employee who does the scheduling. This speaks to the morals of this company.
