12/06/2023: The owner Kimba likes to steal, she tried to use my credit card unlawfully, fortunately my bank caught the suspicious activity, she also stole 15k from her deaf parents, over 50k from 1st hubby, over 100k from second hubby whom she begged and nagged to marry, $700 from second youngest child, $350 from youngest, not sure from 3rd chubby hubby, she has many aliases, I wonder why. 11/24/2023: This company is horrible to deal with! Could not deliver on a gift certificate I received last Christmas until two weeks ago due to staffing. Would not refund the gift card even when they couldn't provide the service. Ridiculous policies. Most things considered normal cleaning are not even included in their "deep cleaning". They couldn't even be reasonable enough to swap out dusting one blind per room (this is an additional fee) when I pointed out that the two extra bedrooms have no furniture to dust. The girls that actually did the cleaning were ok but as a company I would steer clear. They are also over inflated on their pricing. At least one of their "positive reviews" on some sites is their own employee who does the scheduling. This speaks to the morals of this company.

03/07/2020: My apartment has been cleaned by two other companies, but I have never been completely satisfied. Kimberly worked hard to accommodate my schedule. Kylie arrived exactly on time. I explained to her that I am starting a cosmetic/beauty review site and own quite a lot of products--bottles, jars, tubes. To my surprise, she cleaned the items and left them exactly where she had found them. When she dusted and polished furniture, she did not leave magazines and books in a haphazard fashion, as most people do, but replaced everything neatly. When she left, the floors were gleaming, as were the appliances and the counter. Kylie's thoroughness took me aback but made me extremely happy! I could not be more glad that I used this company and think you would enjoy them as well. Kylie is pleasant, kind, and could not be more efficient.
