Friendly staff, the equipment is good. I wish there was one or two more ellipticals as they are taken quite often. Overall, love going to this gym. I primarly go to She's fit

There are a couple of concerns; 1. I use the incubent bikes and find they either don't have sound, their heart monitors don't work and they each have different difficulty setting even though they are set to the same level. 2. Staff seem to converge at the entrance desk instead of floating throughout the building....too much talking with each other. 3. It may be me but I'm led to beleive it is my problem if I ask for the blinds to be let down as the sun is just at eye height blunding the workout customer. I would certainly like to see these reviews coming through every quarter. Thanks Bryon

After being a member of White Rock She's Fit - where the front desk team made a point of saying hello and goodbye - the experience at this location can best be described as "anonymous". There's really only one team member who takes the time - every time - to say "hello and "have a nice day" when I pass by reception. When he's not on front desk most of the staff (but not all) basically ignore people who don't actually need something... and their greetings are hit and miss. I find myself becoming "anonymous". It doesn't affect my workout but it does affect how positive I feel about the Club. Several of the female trainers look really glum and bored when they're with a client... not exactly motivating. Otherwise, there's a good choice of equipment and I appreciate the "fill-your-own-bottle" water fountains.

A few times it has taken quite a while to get a machine repaired. On several occasions I have noted a cleanliness issue in the mens locker room . When staff/trainers are not working with a specific client and are in the gym area it may be an idea for them to offer casual advice on how clients are performing a specific exercise or proper adjustment on a machine.. That would be value added, and may even cause a gym user to try using a trainer.. Your staff are there,,. and if not with a paying client is a no cost service...
