After being a member of White Rock She's Fit - where the front desk team made a point of saying hello and goodbye - the experience at this location can best be described as "anonymous". There's really only one team member who takes the time - every time - to say "hello and "have a nice day" when I pass by reception. When he's not on front desk most of the staff (but not all) basically ignore people who don't actually need something... and their greetings are hit and miss. I find myself becoming "anonymous". It doesn't affect my workout but it does affect how positive I feel about the Club. Several of the female trainers look really glum and bored when they're with a client... not exactly motivating. Otherwise, there's a good choice of equipment and I appreciate the "fill-your-own-bottle" water fountains.
