We distinguish ourselves from other dealers in variety of ways. The single most important reason is the quality of our motorcycles. Over the past 17 years, we have bought and sold approximately 20,000 motorcycles. Such significant experience teaches you what to look for in a quality motorcycle. We primarily obtain our motorcycles from dealers who take the motorcycles as trade ins. Our dealer principal spent almost 30 years in the automotive industry and has forged strong relationships with dealers nationwide. We also actively purchase motorcycles from individuals just like you! All of our motorcycles go through a thorough inspection process. The initial inspection is referred to as a pre-buy inspection or PBI. Before we decide to purchase a motorcycle, our technicians evaluate the bike. This enables our buyer to select only the best units available. On top of that we go through a pre-delivery inspection or PDI, which is a 32 point mechanical and electrical check to insure a safe, trouble free buying experience. We sell most of our bikes to people we never meet! In order to maintain our reputation and build the requisite trust that our customers so often place in us, we take great pride and care in our make ready process. You can rest assured that when you buy from us, you buy a quality motorcycle.

Bought a 2016 hd tri glide from them. They were all helpful until after the sale was over. I am in Colorado and this was an over the phone/email transaction. they promised a couple of shirts for the wife and I, DID NOT receive them. When I received the trike the battery was dead. Also there was no barrel key with bike. I called them immediately and was told they would get one out to me ASAP. Well it's been 2 months and still no Barrel Key. Fuckin liars!! Then to top it off the lender they hooked me up with is a failure too. It's been over 2 months and still no paperwork sent to my state so I can get tags. My temp plates expire in a week. I tried to call and was put on hold until they closed fro the day..FAILURE...The lender was independent Dealer Services We love the bike but was stroked until they got their money, then they just lied over n over to us.. I will never recommend my Harley friends to these shisters... Buyer BEWARE

The sales service is a 10/10, can’t complain. Under no circumstances should you take your motorcycle here for any type of repair. I was rear ended at a red light on 4/1/2023. Brought it into the shop the same day. I had to work with my insurance to get things started and they had an estimator go out to complete their estimate on 4/11/2023. The shop called me around 8/15/2023 to let me know the repairs were done and it was ready to go. 4 months due to the shop claiming parts were unavailable. What did they need to replace? Left grip, clutch lever, foot peg and shift peg, derby cover, and left shock. Apparently took 4 months to get all that. I went to the shop about a week after they called. They put on different and cheaper rear shocks than what I went in with, stating they were out of stock. I checked the website, and they were right there ready to ship. I went in with progressive 412’s and they put on Burly shocks. They didn’t even call me and let me know or get my approval, they just did it on their own. The derby had not been replaced either, so the bike was in fact, not ready to go. At this point, they also tried to charge me to the second grip since they are sold in pairs. I asked if they had installed it if they expected me to pay for it, and they told me they had not installed it. They wanted me to pay for something that should be covered by insurance then not install the part and keep it for themselves. They said they would get the correct shocks on and fix the derby and would let me now when it was actually done. They called me around 9/20 to let me know the bike was done so I went to verify given the past issue and it was in fact done. It took 5 months for the repairs for parts I could have ordered and gotten delivered in less than 2 weeks. I went last weekend, 9/30/2023 to pick the bike up. The shop lost my license plate and is having to order a new one, no clue if that will be out of stock or not…I also noticed after getting it home that when they put on the left foot peg, they used a chrome stem. So, I have a chrome piece on the left side and black on the right side. I cannot recommend enough that you take your bike literally anywhere else for repairs. I was also informed by my insurance adjuster that the shop was planning on trying to charge me over $200 for an estimate fee, even though they never even did an estimate on my bike, but my adjuster was able to explain to them that they can’t do that. They never called or updated me on the progress, I would send 3-5 emails asking about it before getting a response. They didn’t call about parts being out of stock and just decided to do whatever they wanted without any approval from me. They tried to falsely charge me for things that were either covered by insurance or shouldn’t have been charged in the first place. I have a bike I still can’t ride because I don’t even have a license plate because they lost it. Do you really want to have a shop work on your bike if they can’t even manage to keep track of a license plate?
