This is a great product! The concept is great! Maybe 7 yrs ago I purchased Biffy is great. However some issues I've had that I wish could be refined, but for the price I understand. My experience was the spacers required to raise the seat to compensate for clearance would fall apart after a while. Cleaning behind the support arm, the plastic would break. After about a year in service at my home the valve/arm would drip. I installed two at my home and one at my mom's house. Same issues. We really love this product, and every couple of years I'd replace them. Same thing would continue. I don't have the financial resources to buy toto toilet with the bidet. But might spring for one with credit card. But for the money the Biffy is great. I still have one in my home. Hopefully this helps for improvement! Good luck! And thank you for making this product!

A long time ago I had the plastic version, which worked very well, but got really yucky after awhile as far as the tubing went. I purchased the chrome version awhile back and am very pleased with it. My only objection is that the price is fairly high, and I assume that is because I have not seen a similar product anywhere.

Hi. I had both very good and very bad experiences, so had to give average marks. One of your bidets has been working fine now for two years. I have ordered three since then that failed either immediately or within a short time frame. My family who I bought your product for, or who bought your product at my recommendation, had the same experience. Your bidet products are very inconsistent in quality, both the chrome and plastic models. The warranty and replacement went well, but I would prefer to have a quality product delivered rather than bothering with the return of the defective products. Regards, Kip.

I am very happy with the bidet. My only complaint is that the water temperature is not consistent. When the water initially comes out of the tank, it is too hot and is uncomfortable for the person sitting on the toilet. It takes several seconds for it to reach a more tepid temperature.
