Affordable rates . Picked me up on time. The driver was very friendly and helpful. They also mailed receipt when I asked for it a week later. However, I wish the shuttle had more timeslots available (they had nothing between 6am-7 am, so I had to take the 5:45 am ). I guess its probably because it was on a weekend and it gets booked pretty fast. Overall very good experience :)

Wayne, Joan, and the drivers are always excellent. I traveled every week for 6 months for work and I never once had a reason to complain. They do their very best to accommodate even when airlines and weather do not! I now use Airport Express for both work and personal travel as not only is it easier than driving but the experience is always top-notch. I have a nice working relationship with a couple of the drivers who know me and are always friendly and fun to chat to. I highly recommend Airport Express!

My plane landed early at Jacksonville International Airport and I thought I would have to wait for my pick-up. When I turned my cell phone on as the plane was taxiing to the gate, I received a call from the Airport Express driver, Jerry, that he was there and would meet me at the baggage claim area. I picked up my luggage and found Jerry immediately. He was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, taking my bags to the curb, getting the transport van and loading them into the van. He took me to my final destination with a great amount of professionalism and kindness. Thank you to Airport Express for a perfect pick-up and delivery experience! I will definitely use them in the future.
