Wayne, Joan, and the drivers are always excellent. I traveled every week for 6 months for work and I never once had a reason to complain. They do their very best to accommodate even when airlines and weather do not! I now use Airport Express for both work and personal travel as not only is it easier than driving but the experience is always top-notch. I have a nice working relationship with a couple of the drivers who know me and are always friendly and fun to chat to. I highly recommend Airport Express!
