My plane landed early at Jacksonville International Airport and I thought I would have to wait for my pick-up. When I turned my cell phone on as the plane was taxiing to the gate, I received a call from the Airport Express driver, Jerry, that he was there and would meet me at the baggage claim area. I picked up my luggage and found Jerry immediately. He was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, taking my bags to the curb, getting the transport van and loading them into the van. He took me to my final destination with a great amount of professionalism and kindness. Thank you to Airport Express for a perfect pick-up and delivery experience!
