I am a carrier, I delivered a load for this company on 1/20/22, I submitted the paper work the same day, they where supposed to pay me a month later, I called them because they where late on the payment and spoke to Rosalyn Choi, she claimed that they never received the paper work, I sent it again, Vivian Balajadia emailed me saying that this time they where going to pay me, a week later I called again and spoke to Rosalyn because there was no payment, she sent me an email telling me that this time she was going to send a bank confirmation of payment, I waited till the next day and nothing, on 3/11/22 I called again and spoke to Rosalyn, again she promised to pay me the same day but I checked with the bank and nothing, they always promise to call back to confirm payment but they never do, some times they try to trick me by saying it wasn't me that you talked to, they always come with a new excuse like ( I am sorry I promised to call you but I was at lunch),any ways I have not gotten paid, I am reporting this people to the better business bureau, I will expose them on social media, and will take this case to court.
Do NOT do business with this people.
I am set up with 300 other companies and none of them gave me so much trouble to pay me so I have a very strong reason to believe that this Zoom transportation is nothing but scammers.
