I managed to get myself in quite an embarrassing situation due to bladder incontinence. Mr. Zuckerman promptly answered the phone, heard my need, calmly reassured me and gave me hope for a good outcome. Sure enough, he was able to get the charges dropped thanks to his suggestion to have my PCP write a letter explaining my health reason for this incident! Mr. Zuckerman was professional through the entire ordeal, was always easy to reach by phone, has a pleasant demeanor and truly helped me to receive the best outcome possible.
