Do NOT rent an apartment here ESPECIALLY if you want your/some of your deposit back! At one time this was a great community to live in, the management was kind and thoughtful they even sent you balloons and candy on your birthday. THEN over the last 5 years management went to poop! I have lived here for nearly 14 years I consider myself a very good tenant, I asked repeatedly for new carpet and for my walls to be repainted which if I'm not mistaken is a law after 10 years never once did they reply to my request every time something went wrong in my apartment I would call for the maintenance and once they would come all they ever cared about was you giving them a good review from the repair especially Mauricio it was ridiculous, if you did not give him a good review he would shun you. Then when I finally moved out this month expecting most of my deposit back they call me and tell me that I owe them $120 for the carpet which by the way was used carpet when i moved in! and who knows for what else, it is quite an insult. I am disgusted with Irvine Company and I do plan to fight them on this they should have replaced my carpet painted my walls and everything else now they're charging me for that. I would NOT recommend renting from Irvine company.
