We brought our Hideout trailer in for a leaking water-pump. As new trailer owners we were distressed that our new trailer seemed to have a big problem. Fortunately for us, we met Service Advisor Sean Lynch that day. He took great care of us and went out of his way to get the work on our trailer done. Honestly we have never had a better customer service experience anywhere. While we were waiting for Eric the mechanic, to look at our unit, Sean spent a lot of time talking to us about the care and maintenance of our new trailer. Sean was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to spend time teaching us all things we didn’t know. He gave us tips and information that only an experienced service person or seasoned RV owner would know. We learned things that would take us months and years to figure out on our own. While Sean talked to us, Eric the mechanic replaced the water-pump. He was personable, professional and very skilled. The 1 1/2 hours we spent at Windish Service center was definitely time well spent! Thanks again to Sean and Eric!
