Dr. Courson earned his bachelors degree from the University of Georgia and earned his medical degree from Georgia Campus Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete a Traditional Rotating Internship at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital and subsequently completed his residency at Houston Medical Center. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Dr. Courson treats a wide variety of multiple medical conditions. He has a special interest in women’s health, as he also has prior experience in OBGYN residency training. He also has a special interest in medical education and looks forward to teaching medical students and others interested in the field of medicine. In his spare time, Dr. Courson enjoys sports, especially college football. He enjoys staying active and traveling with intent to explore the outdoors.
