I had a front outdoor faucet that needed to be replaced.
My neighbor informed me that he contacted Wiggy’s for the same issue, and they charged him $175.00.
On May 15, 2023, I contacted Wiggy’s for an estimate.
They came out on May 16, 2023, and quoted me a price of $225.00, $50 more than what they charged my neighbor. I was okay with the price and approved them to replace the faucet.
After they left, I noticed that they left a huge mess on my house where they replaced the faucet. I googled things to clean up their mess and spent over $25.00 purchasing supplies to attempt to clean the mess, to no avail.
On June 28, 2023, I contacted Wiggy’s and spoke with Bri. I explained the mess that the company left and explained that I couldn’t clean it up, and asked if someone could please come clean their mess. She advised me that they would get someone out.
On July 1, 2023, I called and left a voicemail informing them that no one came out to clean the mess.
On July 12, 2023, Bri advised me that someone would be out and that they had been busy with new customers.
On July 13, 2023, and July 14, 2023, one of their techs called and left a voicemail stating that they were trying to come to clean the mess.
On July 14, 2023, I called and spoke to Bri and informed her that they did not need to keep calling and didn’t need me to clean their mess. It was accessible.
On July 14, 2023, 2 men showed up with an attitude and attempted to clean the mess but left it just as it was previously and left my water running. I didn’t realize it was still on until July 18, 2023.
Now, I have to pay a company to power wash my home, and a plumber to fix their mistakes.
Also, they only gave me a one-year warranty on their work, and the water barely came out of the faucet.
I wouldn’t allow them to do free work. They were incompetent and beyond unprofessional.
