Western Wall Finishes

We recently had our home re-stuccoed by Western Wall Finishes. They installed a synthetic stucco over a traditional stucco exterior. We are very happy with the results. Cesar and Nora were wonderful to work with. They gave us a range of options to meet our needs and provided the best price out of three firms we contacted. Western Wall Finishes has their own work crew, which is highly experienced and competent. They showed up on schedule, cleaned up daily after work, and even brought their own porta potty. Cesar checked in with us every day during the work to see that everything was going as planned and that we were happy. We highly recommend Western Wall Finishes.

Cesar and Nora/crew were on time for the estimate and for each work day. He kept in good communication the entire project. Provided a color chart at estimate and emailed the initial quote for my records. Received follow-up invoicing via email immediately after the deposit was made, as well as, a final emailed invoice showing a balance due of zero. The crew was very complete, clean, and professional. They left no debris, and were very considerate of my property (covered windows, concrete, etc.). Cesar returned a day after completion to do a walk-through to answer questions and address any concerns I might have had. He re-attached rain-gutter downspouts as promised. He would not accept the final check until he knew I was happy. He left me a 5-gallon bucket of matching stucco in the event I need it for future patching. Cesar and Nora have the best customer service and run an excellent business. I started giving recommendations to friends and family right away, and I'd recommend them to you also.
