Very rude customer service. Called to see if they work on Dynasty Spas. She told me no, we only work on ones we sell. Didn’t give me a chance to even tell her if we bought it there. I asked her if she could recommend someone in the area. She said nope and I have one on the other line and one calling. Then hung up! If we can’t get ours fixed we definitely won’t be buying a new one from Water World! They don’t have time for potential new customers!
