Brady, leading a remarkably efficient crew, was the best Project Manager I have ever worked with. Besides being talented in his skill of mitigation, he excelled in kindness, communication, and loyalty. I had a surprise leak the evening of December 23, 2023 and he personally worked through the night until 1 AM to remedy the situation. This is a man and company you will want to use. Out of five stars, I give him 10!

Brady and his crew were amazing. Brady was there super early on the day I discovered my laundry room sink had overflowed leaving 3 inches of standing water throughout my first floor. He took care of everything - moving furniture, carefully explaining the process, taking humidity readings, explaining the use of the antibacterial and mold prevention (safe for humans and animals) product. He was so empathetic and I went through the process of dealing with the insurance company and contractors for the reconstruction. If you have a water disaster, you need to hire him! He is so good, thorough, fair, and follows through on his promises. And a super nice person on top of all that.

I had an attic ac leak. Brady came out and did moisture readings, set up dehumidifier and talked with insurance company. He explained the process in detail and made recommendations. Honest, trustworthy. I would highly recommend Water Damage Pros for any water damage concerns.
