This place is the absolute pits!! I’m not sure what to call the lady at the desk normally the first person you see is the “secretary” so that’s how I’ll identify her. Not only has she been very disrespectful, condescending, brute, mean, insensitive and cruel towards the patient's family members. The first person you see entering an office sets the tone understand when you initially are seen here this chameleons colors will be the most prettiest you’ve ever seen and once you’re in you’re in, and then those beautiful colors will soon change. The way the office is conducted can be looked at as a drug deal. The children are wheeled and dealed so fast you wouldn’t even think they were seen or even treated. And the pimp at the door will treat you as a prostitute if you are required to pay you will see that YOU BETTER HAVE THE MONEY. If you aren’t fluent in English it’s ok the pimp speaks several languages and English isn’t her first language but she will treat you as if it is and you’re the one that’s an idiot. And anyone reading this should look elsewhere. It’ll benefit you in the long run. For as much money as we paid for my child’s braces along with insurance I am totally disappointed that I continued to pay and take my child back but I felt like once this was started I would have trouble finding another orthodontist to work over someone else’s work.
